After we get the order , we will ship it as soon as possible, If purchased product in our warehouse ,we will ship it within 3 working days.

If it is Pre-order products, we will ship your order within 5-7 working days.

If the item is out of stock or have long production time ,we will inform you through messenger , you can decide wait or cancel order.

After we ship your parcel,please keep watching the transport information, normally,customer can get the parcel within 20 days(Sometimes there may be delays),sometimes will be more quickly.

The transportation speed will be delayed due to customs inspect, Chinese holidays  or holidays in destination countries weekends and weather. If you are in a hurry, please place an order in advance, because the post office, local transportation companies, flights and customs will not make any changes because of our urging. The above situation can not as a reason for returning or refunding. Please understand it.
  If customer can not receive the package in time because busy or not at home , please contact the local post office to self pickup by your self or  secondary delivery.
  Because after the parcel be return back to the transit warehouse from post office or logistics company ，the parcel will be Destruction if nobody claim it within 7 days,then we will not refund money of this reason.
  But if happen this situation，the customer of some countries also can choose pay more money to get the parcel ,(The cost is determined by the local transportation company, and sometimes the price may be higher.)the cost is about 32 dollars（The cost is borne by the customer）.
