Before shipping your order we can make measurements of products and make photos , if you need this service you can contacts us through whatsapp, instagram or facebook.
Shipping and Delivery
After we get the order , we will ship it as soon as possible, If purchased product in our warehouse ,we will ship it within 3 working days. If it is Pre-order products, we will ship your order within 5-7 working days. If the item is out of stock or have long production time ,we will inform you through messenger , you can decide wait or cancel order.
After we ship your parcel,please keep watching the transport information, normally,customer can get the parcel within 20 days(Sometimes there may be delays),sometimes will be more quickly.
If customer can not receive the package in time because busy or not at home , please contact the local post office to self pickup by your self or secondary delivery.
Because after the parcel be return back to the transit warehouse from post office or logistics company ，the parcel will be Destruction if nobody claim it within 7 days,then we will not refund money of this reason.
But if happen this situation，the customer of some countries also can choose pay more money to get the parcel ,the cost is about 32 dollars（The cost is borne by the customer）.

About the products
Size chart just for your reference ,please allow 1-3 cm error for hand measurement, if you have any question about sizing, you can contact us before processing payment.
About the colour of products,because monitor is different, so the colour will a little difference between link picture and truth product,if you worry it ,you can contact us before you order it.
Return and refund
Before dispatching the parcel, we will check the quality and size of products, after you get the parcel, if you want to return the item, please pay the shipping cost（from your country to China )and undertake tax issues . After we get returning parcel, we will check it (the item must not have smell of perfume and peculiar smell, hanging tags and brand packaging bags must not be missing or broke, the products must be in sellable condition),if it’s fine ,we will make refund(the time of receipt refund money is be decide of your Payment Institution）
After we ship the parcel,it means you agree and make sure will accept the parcel,so if you want to cancel order,please before we ship the parcel.
Making order means that you agree following term and conditions , you have right to cancel your order anytime within 24hrs
